A librarian once told Danielle she was too young to read NANCY DREW. She returned to the library the following day and read a passage of the book to the librarian. She was in kindergarten at the time and has ever since been an advocate for never telling a child they can't...when it comes to books.
Danielle lives in Minnesota with her husband, three children, two cats, one dog and a variety of squirrels who are not fond of the cats, the dog or the children. She can often be found curled up with her notebook and pen, writing the old fashioned way. Her children and a variety of picture books are almost always close by.
